All payments are considered non-refundable, including the remaining 50%, which is due six weeks before the session. It is strongly advised to obtain insurance to mitigate costs in the event of illness or natural catastrophes.

Exceptions may be granted for emergency situations such as illness or the death of a family member. These cases will be individually reviewed, and if a replacement participant is found, there is an option to postpone the session with a 30% postponing fee.
