Payments are due within 48h to secure the selected date.

All payments are considered non-refundable. It is strongly advised to obtain insurance to mitigate costs in the event of illness or natural catastrophes.

Exceptions may be granted for emergency situations such as illness or the death of a family member. These cases will be individually reviewed, and if a replacement participant is found, there is an option to postpone the session with a 30% postponing fee.
